The view was breathtaking. Located in a peaceful area. Clean home. Felt home away home. Only downside was the basic tea bag or coffee powder was not provided.

The cabin and furniture were great and Rob was very responsive when we had questions. The location proximity to the grocery store, Gatlinburg main strip, and the park couldn’t get better, yet it’s far enough away to feel serine. The pool/grounds of the differing cabins in this resort like complex felt very lush with many flowers blooming and were well kept. I like to cook and it’s rare that I have enough pots, pans or dishes and this cabin had an abundance of great stainless pots and pans, but they also had a cast iron skillet, which is my preference when cooking. There is a blender and crockpot, which is great. The only downsides were that while usable, the pool table needs work and since we were visiting in August while everything is in bloom, and the trees all still have their leaves, you see small areas of mountains between the trees and other cabins. The peeks of the views we could see were amazing and I’m sure in other seasons the views are tremendous. We enjoyed the porch swing!

Rob’s place was lovely with beautiful views- because of the way they are all positioned, it’s easy to forget you have neighbours.
Nothing was too difficult for Rob to manage and very accommodating- good communication- would happily recommend!

Great cabin high in the mountains. Blew our expectations out of the water. We had a great vacation. A lot of room. Very close to Downtown Gatlinburg. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!

Absolutely beautiful cabin in a great community. The community pool was very clean and well maintained. Great location with easy access to Pigeon Forge and Downtown Gatlinburg. Lots of restaurants close by.

We had the best time on our family vacation. The cabin was very nice and clean. It was also very spacious for our family. We will be booking again soon!

Fantastic location for folks visiting Gatlinburg and the general area. The cabin is in a managed community which was well kept, clean and easy to access. The check in/out procedures were super easy and the cabin itself was very spacious with each bedroom/bathroom having its own private level. There are huge wrap balconies on both the main level and the basement level. The hot tub was clean, maintained and super enjoyable. Overall it was a great stay and somewhere we’d come visit again!

The cabin was beautiful, very well kept. It was clean and had mostly everything we need to feel at home. The views were great although a little different than the pictures showed. The pool table could use new rails. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the comfort of the home. The main parkway was only 12 minutes away which was awesome. The views all the way up to the cabin were beautiful. I would stay here again.
